#NewMusicMonday September 4 2017

Yes… we’ve been slacking but we always bring it back with a bumper #NewMusicMonday and today will be no different.

The Mob are back with their ‘Cozy Tapes 2’ a follow up to last year’s effort. The collective’s highly anticipated sophomore album is set to see Rocky, Ferg and Twelvy trade punchlines with the rest of the Mob on some classic New York posse cuts. If it’s anything like the last one… it’ll be fire.

Currently one of the game’s most sought-after features and fresh from dropping ‘XO Tour Llif3’, Lil Uzi Vert dropa his debut studio album “Love is Rage 2”. Uzi has seemingly been a staple in the game for the last two years but this is his official debut and if the standard of the lead single is to go by, this is definitely worth a listen. One for the millennials, it’s already shot up to number 1 on the Billboard 200. Catch upppp.

In the curious corner another New York native, Action Bronson drops ‘Blue Chips 7000′ to re-assert his previous dominance. Circa 2012, Bronselino was about to take the game by storm and was surcharging to the top, a few weird decisions later his relavance waned. But rap is a forgiving sport and like the greatest sportsmen, form is temporary – class is permanent. We hope to hear Action Bronson sounding hard on this and his class is worth a listen on that alone.

Elsewhere, XXXtentacion dropped his debut album ’17’. The boy can sure court controversy but he’s also had a few street hits and his flow allegedly bitten by Drake so we gotta listen for that reason.
